Lesson 9…But When Christ Appeared

Hebrews 9 is definitely not a light-weight chapter!

It is full of references to the Old Testament tabernacle, the portable tent-worship center that was constructed according to the instructions God gave to Moses in Exodus.

My best plan of attack on this very important chapter is to chunk it up. So I have created a table with “look fors” and a few questions to guide you through basically Hebrews 9:1-10. There will eventually  be a Part II to this lesson.

Continue marking your key words in this chapter and use this table as a study guide. Hebrews 9:9 tells us that the tabernacle and its parts were symbols.  So I have cross referenced the tabernacle furniture with how the symbols were fulfilled in Christ. All of these pieces of furniture are referenced in Hebrews 9:1-9.
